About us

Susie’s All-In Against ALS was founded to honor the life and legacy of an extraordinary woman. Susie, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, friend, and a true fighter. When Susie was diagnosed with ALS, her strength, determination, and spirit inspired everyone around her. Our nonprofit was born out of that inspiration: with a mission to raise awareness, fund research, and support families affected by ALS.

Susie lived her life with purpose and passion. She was a dedicated athlete who loved playing and coaching soccer, running marathons, and challenging herself with early morning Sudoku over coffee. A self-taught tech expert, Susie earned her Microsoft Office Certification and spent years empowering others through education. She taught software programs to employees at Chesapeake Energy, Halliburton, Oklahoma County government, and institutions such as New Horizons Computer Learning Center, Oklahoma City Community College, and Mid-Del Technology Center.

Susie was admired not only for her intellect and accomplishments but also for her vibrant personality. Equal parts beauty, brains, and curiosity. She had a remarkable ability to connect with people, and her impact continues to be felt in the lives she touched. She is survived by her husband, kids, granddaughter, brothers and extended family.

At Susie’s All-In Against ALS, we are committed to fighting this devastating disease with the same energy, compassion, and drive that Susie showed in every aspect of her life. We believe in going “all-in” for research, for advocacy, for families, and for hope.

Susie didn't get more time. But because of you, other families might. That's why this exists and that's why showing up still matters.

Our Mission

Susie's All-In Against ALS raises money through community events to support ALS families living with the disease. Every dollar stays connected to the reason this organization exists — because no family should face ALS alone, and no one who showed up for Susie should stop showing up now.
